the new section of Museo pecci at Prato

Recently, last October, the enlargement of historical Centro Luigi Pecci at Pratohas been inaugurated. Thanks to the sinuous and visionary project signed from Maurice Nio a new 700mq building is available for visitors.

A "curvy and dreamy" work, that is described by the words of the famous Holland with Indonesian origins architect, allows a double level layout, with a first floor for accomodation facilities and a second completely expositive.

the new space, completed with an Auditorium and meeting rooms add value to the museum's collections including Anish Kappoor, Michelangelo PIstoletto, Sol Lewitt works, in a continuous dialog with Prato city.
