Verso l'opera: a lay procession

From 6th December, at Palazzo Marino, visitors can admire the Madonna della Misericordia, by Piero della Francesca.

An approach and narration route designed by Migliore+Servetto Architects, who place the Madonna della Misericordia in relation with the larger polyptych it belongs to.

From a higher position looking down into the wide Alessi hall, the visitor sees the work in the middle of a system of veiled wings, enclosed and surrounded by a glowing frame.
