Piazza Compasso d'Oro
ADI Lombardia inaugurated the piazza in front of ADI Design Museum, naming it Piazza Compasso d’Oro. On the public square, designed by the architect Alessandro Sassi and which is located between via Ceresio and piazzale Cimitero Monumentale, stands the Art Nouveau building named “Tram e Cavalli”, built in 1884 and intended to house the activity of the association of Industrial design. Entering the toponomy of the City of Milan means becoming part of its cultural history and is a reflection of the value of the Compasso d’Oro Award.
