“Epoca Fiorucci”, a show not to miss

“Epoca Fiorucci”  has recently opened at Ca’ Pesaro, in Venice, a show dedicated to the genius of the celebrated Milanese creative who revolutionized the fashion world, re-inventing basic items, such as jeans, to turn them into cult items.

Always the forerunner of fashions and trends, he surrounds himself with architects, designers and artists, Sottsass, Mendini, Branzi, De Lucchi, Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhole to mention a few of the best renowned ones, with whom he entertains fruitful and creative cooperation that results in narrations and events always centring on the person.

The show stages in an original way the whole Fiorucci world through the exhibition of products, object, posters and revolutionary advertising campaigns.

“Organized chaos” as Elio would have said, that reflects his generosity and creative energy.

“EPOCA FIORUCCI” superintended by Gabriella Belli and Aldo Colonnetti with Elisabetta Barisoni, in cooperation with Floria Fiorucci from Archivio Fiorucci, develops over an unconventional journey, in line with Elio’s free spirit, thanks to the setup designed by Studio Baldesseri & Baldesseri, with Franco Marabelli’s creative and artistic advice,

The show is in Venezia,  Ca’ Pesaro -  Galleria Internazionale di Arte Moderna, until  6th January, 2019.
